As we continue our daily countdown towards the 2007 season, I present to you #89, TE Dale Thompson who will be a key contributor this season when 'SC goes into its two TE sets.
Thompson is a decent blocker and should see playing time based on that. He would have to be since JDB's favorite TE target will be Fred Davis, who is so underrated, it is criminal. He isn't even All-Pac 10 in most publications. I look to see Fred take games over when our young receivers have issues finding a groove.

Looking forward to seeing Thompson open up some holes for the running backs, and being another big target for Booty in the red zone.
